What's a support ticket?

A support ticket is like taking a number when waiting in line. It's your place in the queue for a technician.

It's also a record of what your computer problem is, what has been discused and which technician is booked to help you.

You simple give us your name and contact details, a description of the computer problem you are having and create a ticket.

A technian will then contact you to discuss the probelm in detail and book an appointment.
